Method 1 Going to Special:AddData/Book_review Fill in the form (self explanatory), pagename is based upon title (note duplicates) Click save and the page is created Once created it appears in this table and it can be easily editted by going to it's page and clicking the tab "edit with form" Method 2 Going to Form:Book_review Enter the name of the page to be created with the form (probably the title of the book with the author: bookname - author) Click on 'Add or edit' Fill in the form (self explanatory) Click save and the page is created Once created it appears in this table and it can be easily editted by going to it's page and clicking the tab "edit with form"
